John Williams has been in the real estate industry since graduating high school in 2005. He has known since the age of 7 that he would be working in real estate.
Shortly after obtaining his Florida real estate license at he age of 18 he completed over 200 extra hours of school to become the states youngest Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). This gave him a firm knowledge of contracts, finance, law, advertising, and internet marketing.
John also has obtained his CPS designation from the American School of Real Estate. This designation is awarded to candidates that complete extra hours of course work in areas pertaining to property management.
John is currently pursuing a degree in Project Management from North West Florida State College.
